The essence of coaching is:

To help a person change in the way they wish and help them go in the direction they want to go.
-
Coaching supports a person at every level in becoming who they want to be.
-
Coaching builds awareness empowers choice and leads to change.
So, what actually is coaching?
Coaching is a developmental approach to working and interacting with other people. It helps a person develop their personal capabilities, interpersonal skills, and capacity to understand and empathize with themselves and others.
Through the coaching journey, a person will gain an in-depth understanding of their own challenges and find ways to make informed choices about their future.
Coaching aims to help people feel more empowered to make a difference in their lived experience and improve their own overall effectiveness.
How does it work?
There are many different approaches to coaching, and I tend to be a strong believer that no one size fits all, so in our time together we will develop a model of coaching support designed to engage you so that we can help discover your true potential.
Different from counseling or therapy though, in our coaching approach we will develop a focus point and by meeting regularly together over a fixed period we shall move towards growth and improvement in those agreed areas of your life.
Individual or group?
Coaching is a discipline we can provide in a group setting or a one-on-one model. Each approach has its benefits. Below you will find some details of the ‘coaching packages’ I offer as well as a calendar of dates for group programs I facilitate over the year…
