Service Description
Yoga for Flexibility is a class that focuses on lengthening and stretching the muscles to allow more flexibility and oxygenation to various parts of the muscle groups. Harvard medical journal points out that lengthening and stretching muscles can help you prevent injuries, back pain, and balance musculoskeletal problems. Improved flexibility may enhance performance in aerobic training and muscular conditioning as well as in sports. There is scientific evidence that the incidence of injury decreases when people include flexibility training in their routines. Flexibility training allows people to become more in tune with their bodies. It is a form of active relaxation that can improve both mental and physical recovery.
